What Does A Health Unit Coordinator Do?

Health Unit Coordinators (HUCs) work under the supervision of the on-site Nursing Manager. They play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of healthcare facilities and often act as a liaison between patients and caregivers. They coordinate various stages of the patient visit and potential follow-up appointments.

Health Unit Coordinators are responsible for:
